Returns Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the client decides to return the order not due to damage and if the item has already been dispatched. This fee covers the cost associated with processing and restocking the returned product.
Damage Claims:
Claims regarding damaged items must be reported within 48 hours from the time of the delivery. After this period, claims for damages will not be accepted. We encourage customers to inspect the delivered items promptly.
If the damage is discovered within 48 hours of signing the receipt, all claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will need a full description of the damage, as well as video and image evidence. Additionally, we require proof that the item has not been installed/used and that the damage was not caused during transportation by the client, or by any in-house work performed by the client or their contractors.
Inspection Period:

Return Timeframe:
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 21 days from the date of delivery. We recommend inspecting and evaluating your purchase promptly to ensure compliance with this timeframe.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds, once approved, may take up to 5 business days to process. This processing time allows for the necessary verification and completion of the refund transaction. Usually, this period is shorter.
How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant supporting documentation, such as images of damaged items.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of an error on our part or if the item arrived damaged. In such cases, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, an alternative method will be discussed with the customer.
Exclusions:

The applicable version of the current policy is the same version that was published on the website at the date and time when the order was placed.
