At StoreBond, most products are shipped for free. However, some brands may require additional shipping costs. These costs usually do not exceed 20% of the total goods’ cost and are determined individually at checkout, considering factors such as location, unit weight, and dimensions. How To Inspect The Product:
We hope that your order arrives safely and you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives – it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping.
Please follow the guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):
For items shipped via freight carrier: Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging, and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any visible damage, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt.
When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property. Customers must call (833-288-8330) or send an email to info@storebond.com (preferable method) within 48 hours of the receipt to report any missing items or damage from the delivery.
Freight: (by Truck) * Most goods are shipped directly from the manufacturer or importer. A representative from the freight company will contact you by phone to arrange delivery, usually within a day or a few hours before the delivery.* Please be aware that freight (truck) deliveries are to the curbside only and an additional charge for the inside delivery will be required. * You will be required to assist (helpers) to the driver in unloading your order from the truck. If you are unable to do so, it may be necessary for the trucker to use a tailgate lift at an extra charge.
Wrong Products Received: If you got a different product than you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours from the time of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how and where to ship them back. If the mistake is from our side – the freight back will be paid and the correct product will be delivered to you free of charge. The customer has 48 hours from the day of delivery to report any problems with products. Any claims after 48 hours will not be granted. No exceptions!
Order Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel the order before 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded. If you decide to cancel the order after 24 hours but the goods were not sent to you – we will waive the restocking fee of 20%. But, instead a documentation and preparation fee for shipping from the order value of 7 % will be charged. The order cancellation should be done only by email and sent to the address info@storebond.com.
Return Credit: Please allow up to 5 business days from receiving your returned item to process the return. Our return department processes returns once a week, and if your item isn’t received by that time, it will not be processed until the following week. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method only.
*If storebond.com ships your order undamaged and you wish to return it for reasons not specified above, shipping back to the warehouse and handling charges will apply. Freight charges are non-refundable. Expedited shipping charges are also non-refundable, even if you return the item.*
ALL RETURNS:
Must arrive back in the manufacturer’s original packaging with all accessories and a resalable condition.
Must be shipped back to the location specified by StoreBond at your expense. This address may be different from where we originally sent the item.
Must be fully insured and trackable.
Must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. After 21 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be made.
If any of the above conditions have not been satisfied, WE MAY NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.
Our Customer Service will assist you with return shipping instructions. To return a product, you will have to call us at +1 833 288 8330 email us at info@storebond.com stating that you agree to the applicable restocking fee per the schedule above. Credits are normally issued within 5 business days from when we have received the product back. All refunds will be credited the full amount excluding the restocking fee and freight. When a replacement item is being sent out, we will only send it out once we have received the return and it has been inspected.
