Understanding the terms and conditions is crucial when buying from an online store. It helps customers make informed decisions, protect their personal information, and ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase.
We want you to be satisfied and happy with our products. Any product questions? Feel free to call or email us anytime. Technical and installation questions? Most of the brands we sell offer support and technical specs. If you have any inquiries or concerns, you may also contact the product manufacturer directly via their website or phone.
Order Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours from the time of payment to cancel the purchase. Please notify us by sending an email to info@storebond.com.
Orders cannot be canceled once the item ships.
If the purchased product has been shipped and the buyer decides to cancel for any reason, there will be a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges to and from us.
If you decide to cancel the order later than 24 hours after the purchase and the order is already in process and order, but not shipped, we reserve the right to charge a processing documentation fee of 7% of the order value from the client.

No returns or refunds on special orders, mosaics, shower doors, medicine cabinets, stone countertops, and other fragile and/or custom items.
Shipping Conditions
We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.
Ship Days: Monday through Friday.
Depending on the product and its availability in the warehouse, it can be shipped up to 2 weeks after the purchase. Feel free to discuss any shipping details with our representative before placing an order.
The orders usually take up to 2-14 business days to deliver. If there are any unforeseen circumstances or delays – our representative will reach you out via email or phone to inform about the updated shipping time.
The tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer after the package is packed and shipped out.
The shipping address cannot be changed after the item is shipped.
The shipping company may call to schedule an appointment ahead of time (24 hours prior). They will need a person to check and sign for it.
The delivery is CURBSIDE only. Drivers will NOT bring in the goods for you. You may request this service for an additional charge.
Pallets or large boxes can be brought closer to your house but never brought inside by the driver. Please make sure you have someone to help you bring the goods inside after the delivery is made.
Before signing for the delivery, open the product package immediately and inspect all the content. If you see any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt or don’t accept the delivery. In this case, we strongly recommend contacting us via phone 833-288-8330.
You have 2 days (48 hours) to make any claims for the damage that you claim was not visible during you accepted the delivery. No exceptions.
Things to Inspect at the Time of Delivery
Any dents or visible damage on the box.
Do the “shake” test to hear if the fragile parts are broken inside.
If the large item (more than 24 inches wide) arrived with no wooden pallet.
Clear shrink wrap is torn or missing.
The exterior box or cardboard appears to be wet, the content may be damaged by water.
If there is visible damage, you must reject the delivery and describe the damage on the delivery receipt. You can simply indicate “items arrived damaged/wet box/broken parts/etc”.
If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items.
The customer has 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage or any product problem. Any claims for concealed damage past 48 hours or any product issue will not be reviewed. No exceptions!
If the damage is discovered within 48 hours of signing the receipt, all claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will need a full description of the damage, as well as video and image evidence. Additionally, we require proof that the item has not been installed and that the damage was not caused during transportation by the client, or by any in-house work performed by the client or their contractors.
Returns Not Due to Damage
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days from the order date to request a return. To request a return, please contact us by sending an email to info@storebond.com or calling us via 833-288-8330.
Please note that if the return is not connected with the damage/defect which was not reported within 48 hours from the time of the delivery – there will be a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges (freight charge to your address and from you back to the warehouse) – both ways. Make sure you check all the dimensions and features of the product you are ordering from us. This may be done to avoid making costly mistakes and make our cooperation smooth. Upon agreeing to our “Terms & Conditions” during the order process – you agree with all the abovementioned policy rules.
We reserve the right to cancel the order before the shipping if we have a reason to believe that the order has been made by mistake.
Accepting the delivery and Initial Inspection Recommendations
By purchasing at our store, you agree to follow these steps to receive replacements or refunds for your purchases:
Inspect all items inside the box at the time of delivery before signing the receipt. By signing documents stating “received in perfect condition,” you agree that once you open the box and the content is damaged, it will void any warranty and the right to provide any refund or exchange to you.
To prevent concealed damage, open the top of the cardboard and inspect the item(s) inside. Please notify us if there is any damage, significant or not, and note it on the receipt before signing, or you can refuse the delivery altogether if it appears damaged, and a replacement will be shipped ASAP.
Payments
Accepted methods of payment are Visa, Apple Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Discover, Amex, and GooglePay. We use a safe online payment system – Stripe.
In some cases, payments can be made by phone or with checks by mail (custom orders).
Tax Rules:
At StoreBond, taxes are automatically calculated based on the shipping location. Clients will see the exact amount of taxes to be charged at checkout. We strictly adhere to U.S. tax laws, ensuring compliance and transparency in every transaction.
